Refund Policy

All consultation and care coordination services are provided as professional time-based services.

•Payments for completed consultation sessions are non-refundable.

•Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be rescheduled.

•Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside these terms.
