1. Nature of Services

Maha Cares LLC provides registered nurse consultation and care coordination services. We do not provide direct medical treatment, emergency services, or replace a primary care provider.Clients should contact emergency services (911) in urgent situations.

 

2. No Medical Diagnosis

Information provided during consultations is educational and advisory in nature and should not be considered a medical diagnosis or treatment plan.

 

3. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

Maha Cares LLC shall not be held liable for outcomes resulting from decisions made by clients following consultation. Clients retain full responsibility for selecting and contracting with homecare agencies or service providers.

 

5. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of their knowledge.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All written materials, care plans, and documentation provided remain the intellectual property of Maha Cares LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
