This is a free, RN-led caregiver community created to support caregivers and share legitimate job opportunities in a clear, organized, and respectful way.

As the community grows, more job postings will be added over time, each shared with location details so caregivers can easily determine whether an opportunity aligns with where they’re looking to work. This allows you to focus only on roles that make sense for your schedule, experience, and commute.

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with so many incredible caregivers through Maha Cares. I’ve listened to your experiences, your goals, your frustrations, and your wins. And one thing has been very clear to me you need more than job listings or matches.

You need support.

You need guidance.

You need a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood.

As a Registered Nurse, I’ve always believed that caring for others starts with caring for the caregiver. Through many conversations, I realized that my role and Maha Cares role could be more meaningful if we focused fully on you.
